As a Senior Analyst, Reporting and Analysis you will work in the Data Science, Insights & Analytics team in Platform Operations to find patterns in data, using tools like SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, and others. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical and enjoys constant learning, finding new ways to use our data.  You will work with your team and stakeholders to answer key business questions and identify strategic opportunities. You will analyze identified opportunities to understand their scope and impact – and find the right balance between analysis depth and business impact. You will drive the usage of data and analytics within the organization, enabling your team and direct stakeholders to independently leverage data for business insights via self-serving and dashboarding tools.

For this role, we require you to have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field or at least 2 years working full-time as a Business Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or Product Analyst. You need to have experience of connecting different types of data, cleaning it and making it useful, as well as good track record using data analysis to identify business problem and deliver insights. With regards to technical skills, prior knowledge of SQL is required while knowledge of Python, R, Power BI or Tableau would be an advantage but is not a requirement. Good communication skills and ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience will also help you succeed in this role.
