Technical Support Analyst

Technical Support Analyst – Vilnius, Lithuania

Better requires process discipline and simplification

In this role, you will be part of the Technology Service Center and will be providing 1st and 2nd-level application support services for Western Union Agents and Partners all around the world. By cooperating with different IT support teams, you will be responsible for handling complex incidents and requests and coordinating their resolution. You will be expected to act as a subject matter expert for technicians, contributing to the knowledge base, and facilitating training for newer team members.


For this role, you need 2 years of experience in IT service operations, competence in IT and technical troubleshooting, good customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. You must be able to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and handle stressful situations. Fluency in English and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are desired.

The monthly gross base salary is from 1842 - 2090 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
