In your role in the Business Division Electronics at our production plant for electronic components in Kaunas (Lithuania), you will be responsible for the continual optimization of the logistics processes throughout the supply chain in the area of plant logistics.

  • You will support the management of projects with high or special requirements (e.g. just in sequence) under
  • consideration of an integrated supply chain optimization and total cost approach;
  • You will coordinate logistical quality complaints. Your tasks will be to determine if the complaint is justified and what part of the logistics process is associated with the complaint;
  • You will lead specific logistics projects to redesign, harmonize, and standardize logistics processes along the supply chain;
  • You will define and optimize process flows in the areas of warehouse and material flow planning/control, production supply and disposal processes, and factory layout planning;
  • You will coordinate cross-area supply chain management as part of phase-in planning for new projects and will act as the interface for Production, Purchasing, IT, and Sales;
  • You will also use appropriate training measures and reviews to ensure that the standardized processes, methods, and tools are implemented sustainably in the plant;
  • You will prepare process documentation, including operating procedures, work instructions, charts, visual aids, inspection drawings and reports.


  • University or college degree in engineering in the field of mechanical or industrial engineering or logistics;
  • Experience in supply chain management, operational plant logistics, and project management;
  • Packaging planning and management process experience would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the WM SAP module is preferred;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;

  • From 2100 to 2600 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
