At the moment we are looking for a person who is an expert in IT Recruitment processes in Lithuanian market and is willing to conquer it with us! Sounds challenging? Please, join!

You will:

  • do "hands on“ management of the full selection and recruitment cycle of open vacancies: from role brief, advertisement content development, screening, conducting interviews to the offer closure;
  • ensure timely filing of the position with the candidate who matches the requirements;
  • hold database management, interaction with potential candidates on social media, network building to ensure pipeline upon demand;
  • participate in pro-active cooperation with Partners, Project Managers or other responsible representatives of different technologies;
  • contract with the recruitment agencies, recruitment channels if necessary, negotiating best conditions;
  • initiate and manage projects directly related to talent acquisition processes (contacting Universities, Coding Schools and institutions of the kind, building other creative talent attraction solutions);
  • do newcomer‘s onboarding management and exit related administration activities, timely communication to related persons;
  • drive active involvement in staffing planning and weekly monitoring of staffing sessions to keep track of demand of the positions and support business needs;
  • organise regular communication to Hires/Employees in order to ensure timely problem solutions;
  • gather data, produce and analyse HR related reports in order to suggest best solutions in talent acquisition and Employee retention processes;
  • assist and recommend on processes and orders standartization, improvements of the latter, enrolment in HR related projects in order to increase Employee best experiences;
  • be an Ambassador of HR for internal clients (Employees) and an Ambassador of the company for external clients (Candidates) this way adding to the Employer Brand Awareness!

Requirements:

  • 2+ years "hands on" experience in IT positions recruitment;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  •  Ownership and responsibility of the recruitment process;
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
  • Full understanding of market situation in IT sector;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Ability to work simultaneously on a variety of tasks;
