We are looking for a Lead Customer Support Manager to establish top-notch customer support to our Trafi for Business clients.


  • Build and lead customer support department
  • Respond to customer inqueries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Develop and improve customer support procedures, policies and standards
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer support managers and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment


  • 1+ years of customer support, account management, or related experience in the technology industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German and Lithuanian (other language skills are a plus) - You are an effective communicator and listener, and you adapt easily to varied communication methods
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - You establish trust and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer empathy - You have a deep understanding of the user experience and the ability to resolve customer support requests in thoughtful and creative ways
  • Collaboration - You value teamwork and contribute to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another
  • Strategic problem-solving skills - You can leverage multiple resources to inform and support critical decisions
  • Excellent organization - You effectively prioritize work to target the highest-impact issues first

  • This position's salary range is 3300-5000 Eur gross per month
