About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Private Equity team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. 

Your Role:

  • You will interact with senior management and peers in other Citco Offices you will oversee and manage operational relationships for large international Private Equity industry clients.
  • You will demonstrate technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients as well as to staff.
  • You will facilitate new business installations, managing all phases ensuring timely & accurate completion.
  • You will centralize control of client service delivery and proactively and reactively build team infrastructure and skills to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • You will constantly review client utilization of deliverables; eliminate unnecessary service where appropriate in order to enhance servicing levels.
  • You will enhance current servicing levels, manage various operational aspects in order to deliver beyond client expectations.
  • You will develop & implement best practice on all processes; eliminate non-value-added tasks.
  • You will monitor internal service delivery levels against established standards (contractual Service Level Agreements).
  • You will ensure all control procedures & reporting requirements are met, assess & monitor the operational risks.
  • You will be responsible for development, training, coaching & succession planning of designated staff as well as provide support to the managers.
  • You will participate in various organizational strategic initiatives and projects globally.
  • You will provide staff management support to the managers, assisting them to effectively deal with staff issues.
  • You will create a high performance environment that motivates, rewards & supports staff.
  • You will keep people focused on critical goals & deadlines through frequent & consistent communication.
  • You will promote & support change initiatives within the business.
  • You will actively contribute to corporate initiatives.
  • You will participate in projects that will enhance the delivery of service to our clients, as well as offer opportunity for staff & self-development.
  • You will participate in various organizational strategic initiatives and projects globally.

About You:

  • You have 7+  years of Accounting or Audit experience.
  • You have client Relationship Management experience.
  • You have good skills in negotiation, business planning and budgeting.
  • You are a highly successful in delivering process/technology reengineering initiatives in businesses.
  • You have knowledge of IFRS; ACCA or CFA certification is an advantage.
  • You have international experience.
  • If you have Private Equity knowledge that would be an advantage.
  • You have strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals.
  • You have project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
  • You have quality and Risk Management skills.
  • You have operational decision-making experience.
