Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

The Okta Analyst position will be responsible for the support of the Okta system to include Single Sign On, Multi Factor Authentication, Application configuration, and support. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert for Enterprise and Workforce OKTA operations and use. Providing technical guidance to the internal IT teams and recommending and/or taking action to direct the analysis and solutions is required. This role occasionally calls for performing user identity administration as well as maintenance of user security roles and profiles.


We are looking for a candidate with around 2 years of Information Security experience. Knowledge of SAML, Radius, OAuth, Open ID Connect is desired. For this role, we are requiring experience with administrating a Multifactor Authentication (MFA) system and SSO (Single Sign on) configuration for users/applications. Hands on knowledge of scripting in Bash or PowerShell and development knowledge of Java or Python is preferred.
