Our team is expanding and we are looking for a new team member.

As the Project Manager in Operations Development unit you will be part of team who is responsible for supporting Operations processing units in driving the change activities. 

This is the time full of new opportunities and chances to stand up and bring out the best in you!

Responsibilities:

• Support Operations processing units in driving the change activities
• Maintain a structured approach to identify, describe, and implement back-office process improvements
• Unite all stakeholders to focused team which delivers business-critical changes
• Lead projects with alignment and simplification of back-office processes
• Support system integration process and making sure that Luminor back-office delivers good quality and speed in an efficient and stable way 

Skills and Experience:

• High level of initiative and responsibility, driving results with energy and positive attitude
• Excellent teamwork and ability to build strong relationships towards stakeholders
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Extensive knowledge of project management
• Strong process management and development skills
• Experience in Document Management area would be considered as an advantage 
• Previous experience in business strategy development or project management
• Advanced MS Office skills 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
