A key strategic initiative is to enhance our products and ensure deliveries to exceed client expectations. To accomplish this we are looking for a strategic leader who is technically skilled and has a strong business acumen to head Product Frameworks.


In this role, you will be responsible for a team/division with approximately 40 employees. Entering this role will give you the opportunity to work collaboratively across product engineering teams to deliver on common business values and drivers. As we deliver these mission-critical systems to clients all over the globe, this role requires technical proficiency to meet and understand the client’s expectations and needs. This role will require you to navigate a complex matrixed environment and work closely to support development teams while managing other key stakeholder relationships.


One critical aspect of this role is the ability to establish cross-organization and global communities via direct and indirect leadership.


This position will be part of the global technology leadership team, which is responsible for driving the creation of innovative solutions while adhering to guidelines and regulations. In this role, you will be integrated with the business while also being responsible for the successful development and delivery of our technology; therefore, we expect you to be aligned with and share in the business objectives and aid in further developing Nasdaq’s strategy through transformational leadership, global collaboration, and client-centered solutions.



What you will bring into this role:

  • Leadership experience in global environment with the ability to facilitate change successfully and to build high-performing teams through inspirational and value-centered leadership.
  • Proven direct and in-direct leadership and the ability to influence direction.
  • Financial domain knowledge and experience in product development.
  • Extensive Software Engineering working experience, you should possess deep knowledge of technology trends and the competitive landscape, as you will be responsible for making technology decisions, which will drive global opportunities and competitive advantages for our clients.



This role is located in Vilnius and will require traveling to some extent.
