We’re CGTrader, one of the largest 3D models marketplace in the world with over 940,000 3D models available for sale and download. We’re growing and looking for a highly driven person to join our support team. As our new colleague, you will be the face and the voice of CGTrader solving our clients’ and designers’ problems on a daily basis, as we are looking for someone to help out our customers resolve any issues in a swift and professional manner.

What will you do?

• Be the hero of the day for our clients while educating and supporting them on how to utilize our platform in the best possible way

• Be the mediator in challenging situations between our clients

• Improve and moderate the fascinating base of our models from fraud, thefts or violence

• Review documents to make sure our work is done with transparency and reliability

You’re one step ahead if you …

• Can dedicate at least 30hours/week (min. 3 months)

• Have a good command in English

• Have a positive attitude, attention to detail and not afraid to take an initiative
