- Own, qualify and manage B2B Leads/Opportunities
- Own, qualify and assign to right partner, B2C leads/opportunities
- Develop positive and constructive relationship with partners (dealers, installers, distributors) to enhance satisfaction
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails responding to all their partner enquiry in link or not with order management, except technical questions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails responding to customers (e.g. homeowners) or companies interested in a partnership with client or in client products
- Own the on-time delivery of partners orders, being accountable for their satisfaction toward the order to cash cycle, within agreed specific SLAs
- Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) in case of product default (after technical validation by Technical Service team) according to the client RMA procedure and partner non-technical complaints
- Handle end-customer non-technical requests and complaints according to the client complaint management process within dedicated client tools.
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) required with preferred emphasis in sales, sales administration or related degree
- 1-2 years of demonstrated successful work experience in a similar role, or as a real estate, banking or customer service agent
- Interest in technical products, and basic technical knowledge
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
- Communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal soft skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-stress environment
- A previous experience of Salesforce and/or Oracle would be an asset
- Fluency in Dutch and English language (written and verbally)
