Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day interaction with SpectroCoin customers. Responsibilities will include answering to questions, verifying identities and processing transactions. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be assisting customers on their questions, and more importantly – making their user experience better.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide professional and informative solutions for customers via a live chat program
  • Create the biggest possible customer satisfaction
  • Day-to-day interaction with SpectroCoin customers

Requirements:

  • Interest in modern technology
